Directions:  Tract 3 - From Oklahoma I-40, take exit 71. Drive south on N2310 for 1½ miles, turn west onto E 1050 Rd, continue 1 mile, Tract 3 will be on the north side of E 1050 Rd.  Tract 4 - From Oklahoma I-40, take exit 71. Drive south on N2310 for ½ mile, turn west onto E1040 Rd, continue 1 mile, Tract 4 will be on the south side of E1040 Rd.

Terms/Conditions: A 1% buyer’s premium will be added to the bid price. The contract price will be equal to the bid price plus the Buyer’s Premium. Properties will be sold subject to owner confirmation. 10% of purchase price to be placed in escrow day of sale. Balance of purchase price to be due and payable within 45 days. All taxes will be prorated to day of closing. Possession will be given after harvest.  Sale is not contingent upon buyer securing or obtaining financing.
