Farm #2 (160+/- Acres- Grant Co., OK):  This farm is only located 5 miles north of on U.S. 81 Hwy from Farm #1.  It has excellent blacktop access and lays along the west side of the highway.

According to the Garfield Co. F.S.A., there are 93.08 acres of cropland (currently in beans with good stand) with a 49.5 acre wheat base & PLC yield of 37 bushel/acre. Principal soil types are Port silt loam, 0-1% slopes, class II; Reinach very fine sandy loam, 0-1% slopes, class I; McLain silt loam, 0-1% slopes, class I; Dale silt loam, 0-1% slopes, class I; and Kirkland silt loam, 1-3% slopes, class II; and small amounts of McLain Drummond complex; Pond Creek silt loam; Lela clay and Keokuk loam.

The balance of the farm is native grass pasture which appears to be fenced.  There is a nice sized pond and good highway access from US 81.
