The auction does not have a reserve and the property being auctioned is located in Copper Hill VA of Floyd County VA. Property has frontage on Floyd Highway North (Highway 221), and Conner Road in Copper Hill between Floyd and Roanoke VA. The live Auction Location will be at the property on Tract # 5 which fronts on Conner Road. There will be a preview on Friday October 21st from 2 pm – 4 pm.



There are 5 vacant land tracts being offered. The homes on Conner Road are not included in the Auction and are not for sale. Tract # 1 is 16.291 Acres, Tract # 2 is 22.136 Acres, Tract # 3 is 29.606 Acres, Tract # 4 is 10.467 Acres, and Tract # 5 is 14.32 Acres. The total acreage is 92.819 Acres. The Auction will offer each tract individually and combinations. In order to combine tracts there will be a 5% increase to the combined bid total of tracts being combined to establish a starting bid for the combination. Combinations will be allowed only if requested combination does not break up an existing combination already offered and bid on. For example if a bidder is the winning bidder of Tract # 1 and Tract #2 a combination of Tract # 3 and Tract # 2 will not be allowed which leaves that bidder with Tract # 1 only. A combination of Tract # 1, Tract # 2, and Tract # 3 will be allowed in the same example.

Online Bidding will be available for individual tracts only. Bidders wanting to bid on combinations will need to make prior arrangements at least 48 hours prior to Auction with Auctioneer if they do not attend live event.
