Online bids may be placed prior to Auction and on the day of Auction. The Auction will take place at 10 AM on Saturday, October 8th. The Auction will be held at 509 East Main Street in Floyd, VA. A Description of each property being offered can be seen below. There will be 4 tracts offered and personal property. Real Estate will be sold first followed by personal property. Real Estate will be offered in individual tracts then offered in combination.

Real Estate will be sold Absolute regardless of price, which means there is no reserve. Winning bidder(s) will be required to make a 10% Earnest Money Deposit, Sign a Real Estate Purchase Contract, and Close on Property within 30 days. A 10% Buyer’s Premium will be added to winning bid(s) to arrive at final contract price. For Example, if a winning bid were $100,000 then the final contract price would be $110,000. Using the same example, $11,000 would be made for an Earnest Money Deposit.
