They must have at least two years of relevant field experience within a land brokerage, auction house, farm management or comparable industry practices. Additionally, this one-of-a-kind designation requires a REALTOR® membership or membership with the National Association of REALTORS®, two letters of recommendations from ALCs and a portfolio with an essay, resume and proof of significant land sales volume along with many other requirements.
