TERMS:

1. Online bidders must be registered and in good standing with UCEquipmentauctions.com or AuctionTime.com. 2. Winning bidder must contact us within 24 hours of auction completion, Ownership will not be conveyed until full payment is made within 48 hours of auction completion. There is a $20 fee for wire transfer payment and a 3.5% convenience fee for Credit card payments. 3. Buyer acknowledges that some items may be subject to a Buyer Premium as identified. 4. Sales tax will be collected unless a valid Texas Resale Certificate or Farm Exemption Certificate is presented. The item(s) must be agriculture or forestry related, and qualify according to the Texas Comptrollers Office list. 5. All items are sold AS IS - where is - with no warranties or guarantees. It is up to you the bidder / buyer to inspect all items carefully before bidding and to use your own judgment as to the value & condition of the item. United Country Altaterra Realty & Auction Services make no guarantee of condition, value or year model on any items sold. No refunds. 6. All sales must go through United Country Altaterra Realty & Auction. Failure to do so may cause loss of buying and selling privilege. 7. The auction company is acting is an agent for the seller only. 8. State law requires us to not leave titles open on titled items. There is a $30 paperwork fee. This is not a tax, title license & registration fee. You must still take and have registered yourself. This $30 fee only covers the paperwork on our end and mailing fees. Titles will be mailed or can be picked up 20 days after auction. 9. All items MUST BE REMOVED 14 days after the auction, unless arrangements have been made with United Country Altaterra Realty & Auction for pick-up at a later date. All items MUST BE PAID FOR IN FULL before load-out begins. Buyer is solely responsible for loading of the Equipment. Items not picked up within 90 days will be considered abandoned and items will be returned to Seller with all monies paid forfeited. Items left after 30 days may be subject to a storage fee of $20.00 per day unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. 10.
